These are the terms and policies of Himalayan Bullion Company Limited. The Terms of Service govern everything you do with HBC; each of the other documents covers one product or service and forms part of them.

Terms of Service
Himalayan Bullion Company Limited ("HBC", "we", "us") is a public limited company incorporated in Nepal in 2000.

Purchase Policy
This policy governs buying a product from HBC outright, in the app, on the web or in store.

Accumulate Plan Terms
An Accumulate plan is a way to buy a large product in parts.

Fixed Price Plan Terms
A Fixed Price plan is an advance-booking sale of a specific catalogue product at HBC's selling price on the booking date.

Early Settlement Policy
A customer who does not wish to complete a plan may at any time ask HBC to settle it early.

Custody Agreement
Custody is HBC holding a finished product you own, on your behalf, in a secure vault.

Collection and Handover Policy
Products are collected in person at HBC's office at Wada No. 1, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, on the published collection days and hours shown in the app.

Sell to HBC Policy (Buy-Back)
A customer who owns a finished HBC product may offer to sell it to HBC.

HBC Credits Terms
HBC Credits are a credit note issued by HBC, denominated in Nepalese rupees, recorded on your account.

Cancellations, Refunds and Remedies Policy
This policy lists every situation in which HBC returns money, replaces a product or closes a transaction, and your statutory rights.

International cards are not currently accepted.
